Learn Chinese with Imagination

Here is a picture I took in the back yard.

Do you find a squirrel under a tree?

Let's have a sentence in Chinese with some hints as follows:

树下 松鼠 [shù xià yǒu sōng shǔ]

[shù] /tree            [xià] /under

[yǒu] /to have         松鼠 [sōng shǔ] /squirrel

The above sentence has two real images, a tree and a squirrel.

I guess you already understand the meaning of the sentence.

Congratulations! You have learned one of the four basic Chinese sentence patterns already.

再见 (See you again!)
