Lesson 1 Premiered

After weeks of efforts, the first of my lessons had premiered at YouTube on July 25, 2020.

The video is intended to teach Chinese in an effective way --- by sentence patterns with definition, pronunciation, word stroke order and sample sentences practice. Each video is designed and developed around 10 minutes.

Each lesson is composed of three parts.
  • The first part introduces a sentence pattern and new words with critical pronunciation that appears in the sentence;
  • The second part shows the stroke order of each new word by animation;
  • The last part presents a number of examples of the sentence pattern for more pronunciation practices.
All the sample sentences of the the last part I collected are very common in day-to-day life that native speakers use. The sentence practice will help and make you feel more confident in spoken language.

The stroke direction and its sequential order matters in Chinese calligraphy. The second part of the lesson dedicated to the word stroke sequence in animation and static forms. The calligraphy part begins at 06:53 in this video. There are three new words in this lesson:
  • 【你】07:02
  • 【好】07:50
  • 【您】08:21
Calligraphy practice is an important aspect in learning Chinese language. I have prepared a worksheet for each word introduced in this lesson. These free printable worksheets can be download here

or go to the "Downloads" page.
